I have had great success with ReRide Consignment! It is my favorite place to buy and sell horse tack in new or gently used condition, barn supplies, and fun apparel like cool belts, riding clothes, and pjs. What a great way to enjoy a live sale, pick up some unique items for yourself or watch your consigned things become useful to a fellow horse person at fantastic prices. Highly recommend whether you’re just looking, buying or consigning.
I have bought multiple items from Carrie and I have been totally blown away at the quality for the money! Carrie strives weekly to make the addiction of having horses affordable, high end tack and apparel at wholesale prices! Her customer service is AMAZING! if I ever have a question on a product she has for sale or a product I have already purchased off of her she is right there to help. Her customers come first, she is very willing to take customers advice on products she should think about selling, shows she might be interested in attending, and anything that might make her business better! she truly loves her customers and her thriving business, I definetly rate Reride Consignment 5 out 5 stars!
Returns and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is defective. Note: defective products must be returned within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: no refunds will be issued for products that have horse hair, dirt, sweat etc. on them. We politely request that if you have tried the item on your horse, you please wipe down the item prior to returning it. No returns will be accepted on consignment items unless defective.
To complete your return, you MUST initiate the return by going to our RETURNS CENTER.
Horse bits, helmets and custom ordered items (including custom size bridles) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Refunds (if applicable)
ALL Returns MUST be initiated through our Returns Center. You will receive an email with return shipping instructions and a return number. Please include a copy of this with your return. Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will then be processed and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note: the cost of shipping is not refunded unless the product is defective or was sent in error. The Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the goods to ReRide. Returns that are dirty or not in full resellable condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ReRideConsignment.com.
Final Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please go to our Returns Center.
Please note: the returned items must be in their original condition and in original packaging, in order to be eligible for an exchange. RETURN ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED VIA USPS.
To return your product, please go to our Returns Center. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A NUMBER FROM OUR RETURNS CENTER.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a tracking number and purchasing shipping insurance. USPS will only cover up to $50 of lost or damaged items using Priority Mail Service. ReRide is not responsible for packages lost or incorrectly delivered by the USPS.
