Returns and Exchange Policy

ReRide Tack & Consignment has a generous 15 day return policy on all items purchased from ReRide.  To be eligible for a Return, the item (s) must be in original condition and with original packaging, tags, etc.  PLEASE NOTE:  No refunds will be issued for items with sweat, dirt, marks, etc. on them.  If you tried a bridle on your horse, please be careful with the leather and wipe it down before returning it.  No refunds will be given for bridles with scratches etc on them.

ALL returns must be authorized by going to our RETURNS LINK HERE.  You will receive an email with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.  Please include this with your return.  The cost of shipping will not be refunded unless the product was defective at the time we shipped it or we shipped it in error.  If that is the case, we will email you a return label at our cost.  RETURNS THAT ARE DIRTY OR NOT RESELLABLE AS NEW WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

If you are returning a package with a value of over $50, we recommend that you purchase additional insurance for your package.  USPS only insures a package for up to $50.  ReRide is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
